On completion of sale a ‘standard‘ contract of sale will be required to be signed by the purchaser or their agent (digital signature will be accepted), which reserves the right of the artist to soley undertake any future repairs or restoration of the work, also gives the artist the right to exhibit the work for an agreed number of days per annum. If the work is subsequently resold the liabilities of the contract will pass onto the the new owner and it is the responsibility of the new purchaser or his agent to resign the contract and forward a copy to the artist (or his agent) and inform him of the location of the works and new owner details.
